It all started in 2012 in Aïtchédji, Abomey-Calavi. The company had the corporate name WebEdit. WebEdit's activities in the past were limited to web development, digital marketing and graphic design. These are precisely the services design of website and web application, referencing, paid advertising, logo creation.
In 2014, the headquarters of WebEdit was transferred to the Zogbadjè district, still in the municipality of Abomey-Calavi. At the same time, one of the founding partners, taken on by another project, no longer felt any interest in WebEdit. This significantly slowed the momentum of the company. But towards the end of 2014, the only partner to do everything found a partner. This partnership has revived and boosted considerably WebEdit.
Towards the end of 2015, the new partner expressed his desire to become shareholder of the company. We have started to explore the possibilities. Finally, we chose to create a new company and take over everything. The implementation of this choice also came up against the travel plan of the active shareholder of WebEdit.
Came on vacation from his 2016 trip, we took the opportunity to start the process for the creation of AbuzWeb from December 2020. Despite the difficulties of the moment, we were able to bring the new company to life in February 2021. We opened the doors of the company a little towards the end of 2021 with internal projects. A way to ensure the quality of the workforce recruited. We now have a dynamic team, competent and above all passionate for challenges. We are ready to support you in all your web projects.
In order to offer ourselves more opportunities and establish our credibility and reputation with the public, the Board of Directors has decided to register AbuzWeb in the United States. Thus, during June 2022, the registration of AbuzWeb in the United States is recorded, in the State of Colorado under the corporate name “ABUZWEB LLC”, ID: 20221629673. We now have an existence legal in the USA, always to offer you the best web services.
